Comme prévu, les États du Canada et du Québec n'ont pas écouté l'opposition au renversement de la Ligne 9 d'Enbridge. Le contraire étant toujours très improbable étant donné les agendas capitalistes de ceux-ci. Il est toujours navrant de voir tous ces groupes citoyens et ong essayer de nous faire croire que ceux-ci pourraient vouloir nous écouter et qu'une résistance docile bien médiatisée par la grande presse corporatiste ou même indépendante pourrait presque à elle seule changer le cours de l'histoire qui n'est que toujours cette invasion coloniale capitaliste, de plus en plus globale et profonde.
Fantoche de l'État canadien, l'Office national de l'énergie a décidé d'appuyer le renversement de la Ligne 9 d'Enbridge comme il a appuyé le projet Northern Gateway de la même fucking compagnie. C'est le même foutu colonialisme partout : saccager la planète pour mieux l'exploiter et s'étendre sur les terres ancestrales de tous les peuples autochtones.
Il nous reste plus que la confrontation et l'action directes pour les en empêcher. Que nous les bloquions physiquement comme le font les camarades du Camp Unist'ot'en. Notre opposition se doit de dépasser la simple opposition citoyenne de «bonne conscience», elle se doit d'être en rupture radicale avec ces sociétés patriarcales, coloniales, capitalistes.
Nous ne devons pas nous attendre à l'approbation des puissantEs et aller voter pour certainEs d'entre eux/elles (qui nous trahiront toujours), mais bien les combattre. Leur histoire en est une d'écocide et de génocide. Des sables bitumineux aux pipelines, des barrages et mines du Plan Nord au gaz et pétrole de schiste et ainsi de suite, nous devons bloquer le développement là où il se fait à l'instar aussi des Warriors d'Elsipogtog et de leurs alliéEs. Cette manifestation s'inscrit dans une démarche qui nécessitera de se poursuivre par des actions plus directes, physiques, confrontationnelles... sinon, nous subirons le destin du massacre entamé depuis longtemps par cette civilisation.

As expected, the governments of Quebec and Canada have not listened to those who oppose the reversal of Line 9. Considering the powerful business interests behind the project, this was to be expected. It is sad to see all of the citizens groups and NGOs trying to make us believe that the governments might listen to them. That they might listen to a very passive resistance movement that is limited to spreading its message through the corporate or independent media. As though such a passive, media-oriented movement could on its own change the course of a deeply rooted history of global colonial capitalist invasion.
The National Energy Board, very much like a puppet of the Canadian state and the energy corporations, has decided to support the Enbridge reversal of Line 9, just as it supported the Northern Gateway project proposed by the same fucking company. It's the same colonialism everywhere, destroying the planet while exploiting and encroaching on the ancestral lands of indigenous peoples.
The only remaining option for stopping them is confrontation and direct action. We must physically block them, as has been done by the comrades of the Unist'ot'en Camp. Our opposition must go beyond the usual citizen's opposition of "good conscience", it must be a radical break from this patriarchal, colonial, capitalist society.
We cannot wait for a the approval of the powerful, to go and vote for some of them and then have them eventually betray us. They are the ones we must fight. Their history is one of ecocide and genocide. For the tar sands, the pipelines, the dams and mines of the Plan Nord, the fracking for petroleum and gas, and all the rest, we must directly block their development where it happens, as was done by the Warriors in Elsipogtog and their allies. These protests are part of a process which will continue to require more direct action and physical confrontation. Otherwise, we too will fall to the massacre that was started long ago by this civilization.
