Vigil for the birthday of Fredy Villanueva
6:00pm
- 8:00pm
Saturday April 6 2013
Fredy Villanueva was born on April 6th, 1990, in Honduras.
He would have been 23 years old this year had Officer Jean-Loup Lapointe of the Montreal police department not shot him, and two of his friends, in Montreal-North, on August 9th, 2008.
Because those who have known and loved Fredy have not forgotten him, five years after his life was cut short;
Because those who have remained supportive of the Villanueva family know how long the road to truth and justice is;
Once more, the Villanueva family is holding a vigil to honor the memory of Fredy on the occasion of his birthday.
All sympathizers of the Villanueva cause are invited to attend this event, and stand alongside the family in this special moment.
