Dans le contexte de la guerre du Vietnam, un groupe de condamnés
politiques (anarchistes, feministes, communistes, etc.) est mis face a
un choix cruel par le tribunal etats-uniens qui les juge: soit ils
purgent leur peine de prison, soit ils acceptent l’épreuve du Punishment
Park: lachés dans une zone désertique de Californie, ils ont trois jours
pour atteindre un drapeau américain situé 85 km plus loin, sans eau ni
nourriture, et poursuivis par une bande de flics armés et bien décidés a
tuer ces calisses de contestataires...
Et avant Punishment Park, on devrait projeter quelques extraits du débat
entre Foucault et Chomsky sur la nature humaine, qui s’est déroulé en
1971. Ca dure 12 minutes, c’est en anglais quand Chomsky parle et en
francais avec des sous-titres en anglais quand Foucault parle.

In the context of the Vietnam war, a group of political activists
(anarchists, feminists, communists, etc.) get arrested and have to make
a cruel choice imposed by the US court that judged them: go to prison
for a long time, or face the Punishment Park test: in a deserted zone of
California, they would have three days to reach a USA flag situed 85
kilometers further, without food or water, and with a bunch of cops
armed with different weapons and ready as hell to kill some fucking
rebels...
And before Punishment Park, we should screen some excerpts from the
debate between Foucault and Chomsky about humane nature, that happenned
in 1971. Nice haircuts in the audience. It lasts 12 minutes, is in
english when Chomsky speaks and in french with english subtitles when
Foucault speaks.
