Prisoner Peter Collins explains to us how, why and when Prisoners’ Justice Day began. Peter also talks about how the Correctional Service of Canada has tried (and succeeded at least in the prison where he is incarcearated) in co-opting this day, which is in memory of those who have died in prison. Featuring Dee from Prison Radio.
