In light of the poor coverage of the Bradley Manning by the establishment media outlets, independent media has picked up the slack.
Deb Vanpoolen, a volunteer with thr Bradley Manning Support Network was in the courtroom everyday. Her sketches appeared on alternative media sights, many of them were also auctioned, with many of the proceeds being given to the Bradley Manning legal defence fund.
This interview was conducted at a vigil outside Fort Meade military base outside Maryland, on the 15th of July, 2013.
