Racism and Dangerous Working Conditions Part of Business as Usual for Montreal Temporary Employment Agencies and Their Clients

by Neal Rockwell

On October 6, I attended a tour and discussion of exploitive temporary employment agencies and their clients organized by the Immigrant Workers' Centre and Au Bas de l'Échelle.

This practice allows companies to undermine the labor rights of their heavily racialized, immigrant workforces, exploiting some of society's most vulnerable people.
