Saturday, October 1: The first ever Montreal Media Co-op Community Mail Drive!
Hey you! Are you always the first to share non-mainstream news articles , including from The Dominion and Montreal Media Co-op with everybody?
Of course you are!
And who doesn’t like free food and a refreshing beverage after a good day of work in your community?
Certainly not you.
Your Montreal Media Co-op feels the same way, which is why we want you to join us October 1st at 10am for our first ever Montreal Community Mail Drive!
We'll be hitting the Plateau and Saint-Henri neighborhoods to stuff mailboxes with copies of The Dominion containing a letter asking them to support the Montreal Media Co-op so we can keep doing what we do so well: providing an alternative to corporate, mainstream media.
Come, bring a friend and meet us in one of two locations:

The corner of Parc Avenue and Villeneuve (next to the Ultramar Service Station) – we will meet here at 10:30am. Take the 80 north to get there.

The corner of Atwater and Saint-Jacques (next to the Esso station) – we will meet here at 12noon. Exit Lionel-Groulx Metro and turn left

The Media Co-op will be hosting a social gathering for all volunteers and more importantly, we will be giving you supper! We will announce where the day of the community drive.
Come help us build a strong community media presence in Montreal on October 1st!
