Through close documentation of the situation in Barrier Lake and of resilient Mi’kmaq communities, these docs demonstrate the commitment of these communities to sustainability, as well as their resistance against state oppression. The event will feature a post-screening Q&A with director Martha Stiegman. Entrance is by donation.
