Take Back the Night! March with us.
Join us for a march through the streets of downtown Montreal! Oppose Gendered Violence!
Take Back The Night has become internationally known as a way to take a stand and speak out against gendered violence, especially sexual violence. We are marching for a safer community, free of harassment, sexual abuse, and assaults. We are reclaiming our right to be free of violence and to walk without fear, any time of day or night.

This year’s event is being organized by the Centre for Gender Advocacy’s A Safer Concordia Campaign. Representatives from various community organizers will share their thoughts on the issue of gendered violence at the beginning and end of the march, and the Reproductive Justice League Choir will invite us to imagine a world in which everyone understands consent. Hot chocolate and goodies will be served at the end of the march. People of all genders and experiences are welcome!!

Joignez-nous pour une marche à travers les rues de Montréal en opposition à la violence genrée.
À nous la nuit (anciennement nommé « La nuit, la rue, femmes sans peur ») est un événement mondial pour dénoncer la violence genrée, particulièrement l’agression sexuelle. Nous marchons pour des communautés plus sécuritaires, sans harcèlement, abus sexuel ou agression. Nous revendiquons notre droit de vivre sans violence et de marcher sans peur, peu importe que ce soit le jour ou la nuit.

Cette année, la marche est organisée par la campagne pour une Concordia plus sécuritaire du Centre de lutte contre l’oppression des genres. Des représentantes d’organismes communautaires partageront leurs idées sur l'enjeux de la violence genrée au début et à la fin de la marche et la chorale de la Ligue pour la justice reproductive nous invitera à imaginer un monde où tous et toutes comprennent ce que c'est le consentement. Du chocolat chaud et des pâtisseries seront servis à la fin de la marche. Les personnes de tous genres et expériences sont les bienvenuEs!!
