Leading up the NATO Summit in Chicago Illinois, various direct actions were planned including a people's summit, and the occupation of a mental health clinc. On May 22 world leaders and delegates met in the downtown of the city while the major 'No NATO' protest occured in the surrounding streets.

This report was recorded and edited by Erin Hudson who was present at the May 22 protest along with four other student journalists from The McGill Daily, The Link and Le Delit newspapers. Photos taken by Nicolas Quiazua.
