This is the Harper Bazaar. Last week, CKUT's David Tacium spoke on the phone with Ed Lee of AGIR Montreal, a queer rights group who have been campaigning against Harper's proposed Bill C-31. Many activists have called Bill-C31 the Refugee Exclusion Act.
