Interview with Jethro Tulin

Jethro Tulin, an indigenous activist from Papua New Guinea, was in Canada this week to speak out against a recent spike in human rights abuses attributed to a Canadian barrick gold mine in his local community. He stopped by CKUT earlier today. He has waged an international battle against Barrick Gold, a Canadian company, for over a decade. He is in Canada this week to speak with government officials and to raise concerns about a recent spike in human rights violations in his home community. CKUT's Aaron Lakoff sat down with Jethro earlier today. Here is their conversation!
