Deepan Budlakoti, an Ottawa-born man facing deportation

Deepan Budlakoti is an Ottawa-born man and Canadian citizen who is currently facing deportation to India, a country where he has never lived. Budlakoti was in Montreal recently as part of a national speaking tour.  CKUT’s Carla Green spent some time with Deepan while he was in Montreal on his speaking tour. Here’s a report on all the bizarre complexities of his situation.
